On 31st July 2006 Varley and Gulliver successfully tested a Steel H4a-W3 vehicular parapet in accordance with EN 1317-1:1998 and EN 1317-2:1998.

The parapet was tested on a 600mm Plinth and achieved a dynamic deflection of 0.8m and a working width of 1.0m.

The vehicle wheels did not leave the plinth at any time of the vehicle impact

The V6GUARD series parapet is a modular system. The system consists of 6m bottom and top units attached together to form a 1.5m high barrier.

Galvanised finish to BS EN ISO 1461 provides corrosion resistance, however an additional protective/aesthetic painted finish can be applied if required.
